Many persons says “Buy on rumors, sell on news”, that is true but with technical studies. In the technical analysis
every news is factor in and its true. Even one can see this in our “Intraday Data” section by downloading the data
(which is available free) by using “Third Party Softwares” like Metastock , Advanced Get , Ami Broker etc.
In any Share Bazaar many registered groups are there, these groups are registered as Fund house, FII, DII, FDI, Banks,
DFI, Insurance Company or a individual big Investor. These groups Buy / Sell , Long / Shot shares say at long side
(at any level), this will reflect in intraday charts / End of Day Charts , and after few minutes / hours / days
(for long side), a bounce is there in which Aam Janta buy (Phas Jaata Hai). At that time these groups books their
Profits (this also reflect in intraday charts / End of Day Charts).
That’s why on the TV, Every Technical Analyst says buy only in dips in 1 / 2 / 3 parts and similarly sell on rise in
1 / 2 / 3 parts.
It is always remember that : -
Once market moves up than it will come down to recheck (Retrace) their levels and vice-versa. This procedure is known
as Retracement.
Once share Bounce up suddenly than it will come down to its previous levels and vice-versa. This procedure is known as
Buy on rumors & Sell on news.
If Share Bazaar direction is towards up than shares will move up step by step & vice-cersa. This is known as Bullish
market & vice-versa.
