Golden Retriever Puppy Training
You should always follow a static routine when beginning to train your golden retriever. Make sure that you golden retriever dose not spend too much time out of his crate before he is properly trained. If your pet shits at an inappropriate place, don't scream at him because he is you r responsibility.
Training a golden retriever is same as training a child. Always guide your puppy where to go. When he wants to shit show him the appropriate place and when he does it where you wanted don't forget to praise him.
While training your pet don't allow him to roam wherever he wants because when accidents occur frequently they can convert into habits. Puppies don't learn things easily and you should take care of them like a parent to avoid accidents from taking place frequently.
Never give your pet too much freedom otherwise he can shit anywhere. You might ignore this thinking it's a small matter and you can clean it up easily but how well cleaned up dogs can smell the urine there and can lead to continuous peeing by the puppy at the same place because he might take that place as a normal area to relieve. |
