Perform such exercises in the morning in a moist or warm environment.
The above home TMJ treatments worked fine for me but I don't know if these home TMJ treatments might work for other people, suffering from TMJ pain. Many of the treatments like setting up your computer in right position, improving your body posture, doing less risky work or receiving adequate magnesium in your diet may be worth considering for people suffering from TMJ pain.
