Bad Breath Cure

Bad Breath is quite a widespread problem. Did you know that about 85% people are suffering from bad breath? They do. And you are one of them. Well, you would not be reading this otherwise, would you? People spend a lot of money to get rid of this problem and there are several bad breath treatments available today in the market. To effectively cure bad breath, the level of anaerobic bacteria (that causes bad breath by residing beneath the tongue) and the amount of VSC (a whitish film) produced needs to be reduced and or neutralized.

Different possible ways to cure bad breath:

  1. Decrease the amount of food accessible to these bacteria.
  2. Curtail the total number of these bacteria that are present in the mouth.
  3. Lessen the accessibility of environment in which these bacteria operate or stay alive.
  4. Try using an antiseptic mouthwash at least once a day as it aims to kill bacteria. Also, clean the back of your tongue at least once a day.
  5. You can also use a soft toothbrush dipped in mouthwash and not toothpaste and place it as far as you can and then gently rub forward to clear the tongue of any covering.

  7. Raw juices of all vegetables and fruits are very beneficial in treatment of bad breath and should be taken by people suffering form the disorder of bad breath.
  8. Always brush your teethes using a soft-tufted brush and this process should be repeated twice a day. The top of the brush must be small so that it gets into all the areas of mouth. Change you toothbrush every few months.
  9. Floss your teeth twice daily so as to remove leftovers and food particles that are the main cause of bad breath. Flossing will help cleaning the narrow space in between teethes which cannot be done by toothbrush.
