Arthritis Home Remedies

One glass of warm water with 2 spoons of lemon juice and 1 spoon of honey is good for treating Arthritis. Drink 2 spoons of juice extracted from the leaves of bathua everyday for at least 2 months.

Taking alfalfa tea 2 times a day is also a good cure. Apple cider vinegar mixed with honey and a glass of warm water also provides some relief if take two times a day. You can also get your joints rubbed with hot vinegar to gain some relief from pain and stiffness.

Sandalwood powder past which is a cooling substance cam also be applied to the joints to have some relief. It can be applied by mixing 1 spoon of sandalwood powder with warm water.

Having a raw clove of garlic is also effective. The clove can first be fried in castor oil and should be taken for at least 2 months. One of the most common remedy which many people overlook is exercising daily to give enough movement to the joints. This might sound unrealistic but it is very beneficial.

Having half a teaspoon of guggulu after your meal daily is also a good cure for Arthritis. It should be taken with warm water at least twice a day. Having a massage is also a good option to give some strength to the joints and prevent them from paining for some time. Having a massage once a week is really very effective. One should also loose weight if he is suffering from Arthritis and should back to his normal weight because this lessens the amount the weight on the joints and thus results in reducing the pain to some extent.
