Sugarless Heart Cookies
Ingredients required:
¾ C. margarine, softened
1 package mixed fruit sugar free gelatin
Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-¾ C. all purpose flour
½tsp. baking powder
How to Make:
In a mixing bowl, Mix together margarine and gelatin. Beat in egg substitute and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Roll out on a lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with a 1-1/4-inch cookie cutter. Place on untreated baking sheets. Cook in the oven at 400F for 6 to 7 minutes until bottoms are lightly browned and cookies are set. Cool on wire racks.
