Spicy Star Cookies

Ingredients required:

¼ C. margarine

¼ C. honey

¼ C. sugar

2 eggs

3 C. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

½tsp. ground nutmeg

¼ tsp. cloves

½ C. unsweetened apple juices

How to Make:

Mix together margarine, honey, sugar, and eggs together in a bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Divide dough into thirds. Flatten each one into a circle ½inches thick. Refrigerate overnight until firm. Remove dough from refrigerator. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Cut out dough with a star cookie cutter; place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
