Holiday Star Cookies

Ingredients required:

2 C. all purpose flour

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

½C. margarine

¾ C. granulated sugar replacement

¼ Tbs. granulated fructose

2 eggs

How to Make:

Sift together flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon; set aside. Beat together margarine, sugar replacement, and fructose, using an electric mixer, until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually stir flour mixture into combined mixture. Cover and chill overnight. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half onto lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with a small star cookie cutter. Place on greased cookie sheets. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes. Move to cooling racks.
