Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients required:
¾ C. soy flour
¼ C. potato starch flour
½tsp. salt
6-½Tbs. margarine
6 Tbs. white sugar
6 Tbs. brown sugar
½tsp. vanilla
1 egg
½C. chocolate chips semisweet
½C. chopped nuts
How to Make:
Sift dry ingredients. Beat sugars and margarine. Add egg and beat again. Add vanilla and stir. Add dry ingredients. Add chips and nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Cook in the oven at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
