Christmas Fruit Cake Cookies

Ingredients required:

½C. vegetable oil

½C. brown sugar

1 egg

1-¼ C. whole wheat flour

½tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground cloves

¼ tsp. ground allspice

¼ C. milk

½C. chopped walnuts

½C. raisins

½C. snipped dried apricots

½C. chopped dates

How to Make:

Mix together the following ingredients, oil and sugar. Add egg and blend in the remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack, and store in a tightly closed container.
