How to Improve Your Golf Swing

Many golfers have tried to improve their golf swing but due to numerous statements about improving golf swing they were unable to decide the best statement. There have been many statements related to improvement of golf swing like keeping the head still throughout the golf swing, keeping the head still may exactly improve the swing, etc. To address the issue of how to improve golf swing, I have listed some of the best ways to improve golf swing. Following are the ways to improve golf swing:

1. Hold up the ball

It has been found that many of the golfers make the left knee crumple the right, on the back swing which should be avoided as this makes your shoulder drop and overturns your hips. To rectify this imagine that you are holding a basket ball in between your knees and then take a swing shot. You will be surprised to see the improvement in your golf swing.

2. Pause at the top

One of the most common mistakes that every golfer makes is that he/she takes a quick swinging shot without maintaining a rhythm. You should use all your power and acceleration to take the swing but within a rhythm. The best way to fix this is to give a slight pause at the top before changing the direction and starting the downswing. Try this and you will always find the ball in middle of the way more often.

3. Muscle it.

Golf is a game of power and acceleration and not a game of wrist. To successfully achieve a good and powerful swing you must use the muscles of your trunk & legs. Many golfers try to avoid this and as a result they are not able to make a powerful swing they desired. For real stability and power use all the muscles of your body and not just a part of it and finally, you will see the real improvement in your swing.
